COA’s Monterey Symposium offers CURES registration assistance to ODs

All doctors must register for the Controlled Substance Utilization Review and Evaluation System (CURES), California Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP). With eight different registration forms, there’s bound to be some confusion. COA is working to bring CURES representatives to the 2015 COA Monterey Symposium. CURES participation at the COA Monterey Symposium is still tentative. 

The Department of Justice has implemented a program to help health care providers and law enforcement identify possible prescription drug abuse through accurate and rapid tracking of Schedule II through IV controlled substances.

Registration for the Monterey Symposium will open in June. Check back then to reserve your spot.
