• Only one nominee per society may be submitted for Young Optometrist of the Year.
• Local society projects submitted for consideration in 2013 cannot be the same project submitted by your local society in 2012.

Award winners will be announced and presented a plaque during the COA House of Delegates’ Reception and Awards Ceremony on the evening of Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Renaissance Esmeralda in Indian Wells, CA.
