Your Dues Investment Statement has been mailed

Your 2015 dues investment packet was mailed in late December. In your packet, you’ll find a membership brochure detailing the enhanced benefits of your COA and AOA membership. YOU GET A DISCOUNT! Take advantage of your membership dues discount by paying your 2015 dues in full by January 31, 2015.

If you prefer, you can also save by signing up for autopay. With autopay, your annual, monthly or quarterly dues will be deducted from your credit card or checking account automatically, saving you being assessed an administrative fee.

Download and complete the payment authorization form for autopay HERE and please return by email to billing@coavision.org or fax to (916) 469-2896.

COA has put new resources in place so that you can easily manage your dues account online. You may now log in at www.coavision.org/Dues

Here, you can:

• View your detailed dues statement
• Enroll in automatic payments
• Update your credit card information
• Pay your dues online

To add greater efficiency, you may now CLICK HERE to add an additional contact to receive your monthly dues statement.

PLEASE NOTE:  Applications for a change in membership type classification submitted before April 30, 2015 will be retroactive to the beginning of the calendar year.  Applications submitted between May 1 and December 31 will be effective January 1, 2016.
