COA strategic plan update available online

As members recall, in 2011 the COA House of Delegates adopted a four-year strategic plan to guide the association in achieving long-range goals. The plan has been updated to chronicle progress toward achieving the strategic goals and can be viewed online. The 2011-2014 plan is comprised of the below three strategic goals. with 15 total activity items to attain the goals:

1. Engaging and Empowering all California Optometrist to move optometry forward.
2. Leveraging our organizational relationships to accomplish our goals.
3. Restructure to improve the organization.
