Anthem, Seven California Hospital Systems Form HMO

• Torrance Memorial Medical Center
• UCLA Health System

The HMO will include all of the hospitals' affiliated clinics, doctor's offices, surgery centers and other outpatient centers. The health systems will continue to contract with other insurers.
