San Diego County Optometric Society (SDCOS) presented with community service award
State Senator Joel Anderson’s office representatives presented community service awards to the COA San Diego County Optometric Society (SDCOS) Board of Trustees. Senator Anderson awarded SDCOS for the work it does to improve the community, such as free eye examinations at various community events. Lea Parker-Kim, a representative from Senator Anderson’s office, presented the awards at a SDCOS Board of Trustees meeting. Senator Anderson is vice-chair of the Senate Health Committee. His district represents a portion of San Diego, El Cajon, Poway, Fallbrook and stretches into Riverside County. Congratulations to the COA San Diego County Optometric Society for receiving the extraordinary community service awards!
