Membership Matters!: a resource guide for society membership leaders
Click here to access the guide

Membership Matters! reinforces the importance of membership in the California Optometric Association. The recruitment-retention process is an ongoing one that must be a responsibility of all members throughout the association. This resource guide was developed to assist you in your role as a membership chair for your society.

For the new membership chair, Membership Matters! is an orientation and overview about the coordination between COA and local society processing. For the seasoned membership chair, the guide may serve as a refresher and offer some thoughts on shaping your own local society program.
