Member of Optometry's Family Joins State Assembly

Evan Low (third from left), son of long-time COA member Dr. Art Low (second from left) and godson to 2013 COA Optometrist of the Year Dr. Tommy Lim (fifth from left), took the oath of office as a new state Assembly member on Dec. 1. Representing the 28th Assembly District covering much of Silicon Valley, Assembly Member Low is joined in his Capitol office by fellow members of the California optometric family.
